Best Buy in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support. You’ll learn to assess customer needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs to deliver effective solutions.

You’ll help customers during check-in/check-out, set up devices, and provide guidance on repair vs. replacement. The role requires a friendly, tech-minded individual willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and partner with fellow agents.
• Clearly communicate and collaborate with other agents on tasks.
