Best Buy Co. is hiring a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Naples, FL store.

You’ll help customers assess needs, provide basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs while training to grow your skill set in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes delivering friendly, accurate service, assisting with device setup, and keeping customers informed about progress.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
