Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide on-the-spot technical support for ADP products, handling hardware, software, and OS issues via phone or remote access.

You’ll assist with upgrades, maintenance, and diagnostics in a metrics-driven call center, building rapport and delivering professional client interactions. Ideal candidates have strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions while escalating

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification/experience.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients with technical support, product upgrades, maintenance, diagnostics, and more.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for browser web support, user access issues, website customization, etc.
• Be the liaison between Implementation, Client Services, Management, and Corporate Support to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
