Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a strategic operations leader to translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps, governance, and investment decisions. You’ll partner with the CTO and Central Technology leadership to drive AI-powered workflows, unify reporting, and align cross-functional delivery with business value.

You will own core business rhythms, architect consolidated performance views, and mentor a high‑performing Strategy & Operations team in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy and operations in large-scale tech environments.
• Proven track record partnering directly with C-level and senior leaders.
• Experience turning strategy into roadmaps, governance, and programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication at executive level.
• Experience applying AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CTO business rhythms with AI-driven workflows.
• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and investments.
• Architect an integrated view of Central Technology performance and health.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to tie roadmaps to business value.
• Build relationships with business units to align service delivery.
• Lead and mentor the Strategy & Operations team.
