Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a strategic operations leader to partner with the CTO's Central Technology team. You will translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps, align OKRs/KPIs, and drive resource allocation decisions with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, operations, or technical program management in large-scale tech environments.
Proven ability to partner with C-level, VP and senior leaders to guide strategy and execution.
Experience designing and improving planning processes, executive reviews, and governance cadences.

Responsibilities

Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and OKRs/KPIs.
Own and optimize CTO business rhythms (planning cycles, QBRs, MBRs, executive reviews).
Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, finance and people teams.
Architect an integrated view of Central Technology performance and cloud investments with AI-assisted reporting.
Mentor and develop a high-performing Strategy & Operations team.
