Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations leader to translate multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and board-ready narratives that drive measurable business value.

You will partner with the CTO and Central Technology leadership to optimize planning rhythms, implement AI-enabled workflows, model scenarios, and align finance, product, and engineering to clear priorities. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, pilot innovative AI tools, and deliver

Responsibilities

Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and OKRs/KPIs.
Own and optimize CTO business rhythms (planning, QBRs, MBRs, exec reviews, all-hands).
Architect an integrated view of performance, health, and cloud investments with AI-assisted reporting.
Partner with Product/Engineering to tie roadmaps to business value and reduce tech debt.
Mentor and develop a high-performing Strategy & Operations team.
