Job summary

Yahoo's Strategy & Operations team seeks a senior leader to convert multi-year priorities into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and informed investment decisions. You will partner with the CTO and Central Technology leaders to drive AI-enabled governance and reporting across the organization.

In this role you’ll own planning rhythms, craft executive narratives for the board, and mentor a high-performing team while championing automation of workflows with internal AI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations or related fields.
• Experience partnering with C-level and senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured frameworks and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CTO and Central Technology leadership to turn priorities into roadmaps and OKRs.
• Own and optimize CTO planning rhythms and executive reporting, using AI-assisted tools.
• Lead high-stakes, structured analyses and data-backed recommendations from problem to implementation.
• Architect consolidated views of performance, health, and cloud investments with automated reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to measure platform outcomes and align roadmaps with business value.
• Build relationships across Yahoo to align service delivery with priorities.
• Support technology budgeting, labor models, and cost allocation with exec visibility.
• Translate complex progress and roadmaps into clear executive narratives for leadership.
