CFS in Connecticut is adding to our Tech team in Farmington. The Technology Recruiter will build a book of business, develop relationships with IT professionals, recruit for direct hire and contract roles, and match qualified candidates with opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or staffing
• Tech sales/staffing experience is a huge plus
• Loves sales—the thrill of the hunt, negotiating, closing the deal
• Ability to communicate at all levels in an organization
• Self-motivated, team player with entrepreneurial mindset
• Good sense of humor

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Establish and grow your client base by selling technology staffing services; cold and warm call key decision makers and conduct in-person meetings
• Placement: Match qualified candidates to fulfill client needs and present qualified candidates; maintain ongoing contact with client companies and IT professionals
• Grow the Technology staffing division
