Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners – A Kelly Company is seeking a Field Talent Services Team Lead in the United States to mentor Talent Advisors, drive sourcing production, and serve as the subject matter expert for your tech segment. You will ensure a steady flow of pre-qualified candidates to full-desk partners and optimize sourcing strategies.

You will coach teams, lead training, and monitor KPI performance while collaborating with Marketing and other departments to share market insights and refine

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in tech roles.
• Mastery of sourcing channels and tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS.
• Proven track record of personal production in high-volume sourcing, meeting KPIs.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading a team of recruiters or sourcers.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate funnel metrics and adjust strategy.
• Excellent communication skills; able to run training sessions and present insights.
• Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple channels within your aligned tech segment.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, text, email, and InMail.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and fit; collect ARPO data.
• Manage team candidate pipeline and ATS hygiene; timely submissions.
• Partner with full-desk teams to ensure smooth candidate handoffs and status updates.
• Lead training sessions and create training materials.
