Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Talent Advisor in the United States to partner with client Hiring Managers and stakeholders. You will own requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines, while ensuring KPI and SLA attainment.

You will collaborate with Sourcing Specialists and Centers of Expertise to deliver quality hires and improve employer branding. The role emphasizes consultative recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary point of contact.
• Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.
• Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments (e.g., RPO, Search Firm, or Agency).

Responsibilities

• Serving as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
• Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies.
• Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates to meet client deliverables.
• Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries.
