TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee in the United States to begin a hands-on training program with an onboarding coach. After the program, you will become a Recruiter responsible for the full lifecycle of IT talent recruitment and client relationship management.

You will leverage in-house AI tools, develop sourcing strategies, and advise clients on market rates, hiring timelines, and skills. The role offers strong earning potential through base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses.

• Use AI-driven insights to make data-backed decisions during recruitment.
• Advise account managers on skill availability, labor rates, locations, and onboarding timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients.
