• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers, consistently meeting annual sales goals.

• Analyze customer processes and align them with Century's hardware, software and IT services.
• Consult, demonstrate and resolve efficiency and security issues with our technology solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM with activity, proposals, leads and forecasts.
• Stay current on industry trends through ongoing training and research.
• Represent Century with professional conduct and appearance.
• Create strong physical and virtual presence and communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve company goals.
• Participate in community activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
