Courser is seeking an Inside Sales Support specialist to bolster our sales team in Florida. You will prepare quotes, manage CRM data, coordinate with vendors, and streamline communications between internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales support within IT/ MSP environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency with quoting tools and CRM platforms. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales administration in IT/tech services.
• Familiarity with quoting tools (ConnectWise Sell/Quosal, QuoteWerks) and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and order forms for hardware, software, and managed services.
• Assist in RFP/RFI responses, renewals, and client onboarding documentation.
• Support contract tracking and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
