Job summary

PagerDuty, a leader in Digital Operations Management, seeks a Solutions Consultant II to drive POVs, run technical discovery sessions, and craft demos that translate complex solutions into measurable business value.

You will partner with sales, product, and customer teams to build trusted relationships, articulate differentiators, and help customers realize the value of PagerDuty's Operations Cloud throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of pre-sales (or post-sales) experience.
• Fundamental scripting skills: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure components.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management ability and quick learning curve.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own POV process end-to-end: discovery, scoping, timelines, and final presentations.
• Lead workshop-style technical discovery sessions translating needs into a clear plan.
• Deliver custom demos showing business value and technical potential.
• Engage with SREs, developers, and business stakeholders to address objections.
