Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to act as the technical expert in the sales cycle. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored product demonstrations, build customized solutions, and keep demos and knowledge bases current.

You’ll support a healthy pipeline, present to prospects, train teams, and help close deals. This role emphasizes independent work, cross-functional collaboration, and staying current with product developments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in sales, technical support, or engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting associations or nonprofits is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations.
• Design and tailor solutions to customer requirements.
• Act as the technical resource for Account Executives during deals.
• Maintain demo environments and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to RFP responses and provide technical answers.
