Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Observation in Whitsett, NC to monitor and protect client sites across tech/telecom. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver courteous service using tablets.

The role requires at least 18 years old for unarmed positions, a high school diploma, background check and drug screen, and a valid driver’s license where applicable. Schedule is on-site with multiple shifts; pay is $16.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures; report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach.
