Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols of office areas and parking facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and direct individuals per site procedures.
• Document patrol observations and incidents in required reports and communicate to supervision.
