Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed Security Guard in Whitsett, NC to monitor and protect client locations across tech/telecom environments. You will provide visible security, greet visitors, and report incidents while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, can use a computer or tablet, is at least 18 years old (21 for armed roles), and will undergo background screening and a drug test in accordance with laws.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check is required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology/location site.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate according to site procedures.
• Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols of office areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
