Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document security-related incidents.
• Support a professional workplace by reporting maintenance or security concerns.
