Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors in a technology, media, and telecom location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common spaces, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Document patrols and incidents in accordance with site reporting requirements.
