Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting actions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents and patrol activities.
