You will align offerings with delivery, plan resources, set milestones, and manage budgets to maximize client impact while minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree or equivalent built-environment experience.
• Prior people management experience required.
• Ability to analyze project financials.
• Experience with client interactions.
• Knowledge of building HVAC, BAS, and energy analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support alignment of offering and delivery teams as they evolve.
• Collaborate with local and enterprise stakeholders to set and deliver the vision.
• Develop resource plans, equipment needs, milestones, and delivery of projects.
• Oversee project budgeting, scoping, and savings strategies to maximize client impact while reducing risk.
• Ensure effective project delivery by the technical delivery team.
