Job summary

McKinstry in Nashville, TN seeks a Project Manager Tech Services to lead a highly technical, client-facing delivery team within our Technical Services group. You will drive delivery excellence, align offerings with enterprise-wide goals, and steer energy management services evolution under your leadership.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to set milestones, manage budgets, and chart resource needs while maximizing client impact and reducing risk.

Qualifications

Engineering or related degree required.
Prior people management experience required.
Able to analyze project financials.
Assist with client interactions.
Review and improve process and procedures.
Prior people management experience is highly desired.
Understanding of building efficiency.
Understanding of basic design principles and standards.
Understanding of data analytics in the built environment.
Ability to analyze utility data.
Knowledge of building HVAC mechanical systems, BAS systems, and energy analysis.
PE license is preferred. BCxACCP, ACGCxA, ASHRAEBCxP certification is preferred. CEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a highly technical, client-facing delivery team within the Technical Services group.
Align offerings and delivery teams with evolving strategic goals across local and enterprise stakeholders.
Develop resource plans, equipment needs, milestones and support delivery of projects with excellence.
Oversee project budgeting, scoping, and savings strategies to maximize client impact while reducing risk.
Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery by your team.
