Job summary

McKinstry in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Project Manager Tech Services to lead a technical delivery team within our Technical Services group. You will align offerings with delivery, plan resources, and manage milestones to drive efficiency in client projects.

The role focuses on budgeting, scoping, and delivering high-impact energy management consulting, with opportunities to shape service evolution and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Environmental Science or Energy degree or equivalent built-environment experience.
• Prior people management experience is required.
• Able to analyze project financials.
• Understand building efficiency and data analytics in the built environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, BAS systems and energy analysis.
• PE license and related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a technical delivery team within Technical Services.
• Coordinate with local and enterprise stakeholders to deliver the vision.
• Develop resource plans, equipment needs, milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee project budgeting, scoping and savings strategies to maximize client impact while reducing risk.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery by the team in energy management services.
