Ideal candidates have experience managing technical teams, coordinating budgets and milestones, and driving value through analytics and engineering principles in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree required; built-environment experience preferred.
• Prior people management experience required.
• Ability to analyze project financials.
• Strong client interaction and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of building energy systems and efficiency.
• Knowledge of energy management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a technical delivery team for client projects.
• Coordinate offering alignment and delivery across teams.
• Develop resource plans, milestones and budgets for projects.
• Drive savings strategies and risk mitigation for clients.
• Oversee delivery of Active Energy Management, MBCx, and audits.
