Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Program Manager for the Technical Services Southeast division. You will guide a team of building consultants, support projects in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, and collaborate with sales to price and present solutions.

You will oversee multiple Technical Services offerings, including commissioning, maintenance planning, and energy management. You will lead projects, provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and help improve internal processes for efficiency and

Qualifications

• Engineering/STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly proficient in facility operations and/or HVAC systems.
• Experience presenting to clients and key-decision makers.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, specifications, controls sequences).
• Proficient in communication and teamwork (internal and external).
• Experience working with Building Automation Systems preferred.
• Credentials in engineering or building management (PE, FMP, CFM, LEED AP) preferred.
