Job summary

MEA - MidAtlantic Employers’ Association seeks a Director of Technology Services & Practice Leadership to guide our technology consulting and managed services practice in the Philadelphia area. You will lead about 25 professionals, partner with the CEO, and drive client outcomes, revenue, and margin.

You bring 7–10+ years of leadership in technology services, a track record of developing teams, and an ability to translate strategy into executable plans.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading technology services, consulting, or managed services organizations.
• Experience managing consulting or project delivery teams.
• Strong business, operational, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to improve performance while developing people.
• Executive presence with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own practice performance, including revenue, gross margin, service quality, and team results.
• Translate company strategy into measurable priorities and execution plans.
• Improve service offerings and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure projects and managed services are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
• Oversee resource planning, utilization, delivery governance, and client escalations.
• Improve processes, reporting, KPIs, and operational visibility.
• Use data to drive better execution, efficiency, and profitability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and technical professionals.
• Build a culture of ownership, urgency, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Maintain executive relationships with strategic clients.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to improve retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, forecasting, financial performance, and organizational growth.
