Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; JD preferred.
• 10+ years of legal or law firm experience in practice management.
• Superior communication skills for presenting complex information to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in problem-solving, planning, negotiating, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client service compliance with outside counsel guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Support administrative needs such as status reports, budgets, and performance metrics for client-facing roles.
• Oversee operational aspects including pitch proposals, matter opening, budgeting, and compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor WIP, billing, collections, and profitability metrics for the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate timely and accurate invoicing in line with client requirements and track payments accordingly.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational excellence and client service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency using firm technology.
