Job summary

LEO A DALY in Minneapolis seeks a Practice Lead to provide technical leadership and advance the Discipline Practice across markets. You will guide design direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with senior leadership on growth, strategy, and client interviews.

You will establish standards, oversee project delivery, support business development, and travel as needed to advance the Practice. A PE license and CTS/RCDD credentials are preferred; 15+ years in technology engineering and 5+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Technology engineering across diverse project types.
• Minimum 5+ years’ team management experience.
• Professional Engineer Registration required; CTS/CTS-D or RCDD preferred.
• Experience with codes and standards (BICSI, TIA, ASIS, AVIXA) and production drawings in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-range goals for the Practice.
• Lead standards, quality control, and template development.
• Act as the face and overall leader of the Practice.
• Mentor junior professionals and designers.
• Collaborate with Senior Director and Directors on market opportunities and business development.
• Travel for business development and project-related activities.
