Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead the Equipment Maintenance team across company shops, franchise partners, and overseas locations. You will manage technicians and vendors, prioritize maintenance, and oversee the Preventative Maintenance Program and parts service.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in maintenance management, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management.
• Ability to travel within organization up to 50% of time.
• Strong understanding of Automation, Electrical, Mechanical and manufacturing.
• Able to read and understand OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Equipment Maintenance team and select 3rd party vendors to ensure proper operation of doughnut production equipment in company shops, franchises and overseas locations.
• Prioritize maintenance, schedule technicians, oversee the Preventative Maintenance Program and the Customer Service / Parts request department.
• Manage equipment installations, budget Capex and R&M spend and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Division District Managers and Directors to align maintenance strategy with business goals.
• Oversee fleet management for assigned vehicles and monitor equipment audits.
• Lead quarterly PM reviews, manage service contracts, and onboards new vendors for equipment repairs.
• Supervise the Field Services Coordinator to track service-related expenses and ensure timely work orders.
