Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is hiring Equipment Service Technicians to install, service, and repair equipment across a wide regional footprint. You’ll advise on preventive maintenance and respond to on-site needs, ensuring the shops operate smoothly.

Expect extensive travel (up to 90%), reading electrical diagrams, and collaborating with shop personnel. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required, with Siemens PLC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 90% and read electrical diagrams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Two to five years of maintenance/troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel internationally by air.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, servicing or on-site repairs of complex equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to shop personnel on maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs.
• Work under directions and guidelines without direct contact with supervisor.
• Act as a liaison between department and shop personnel.
• Handling on-call responsibilities by fielding support calls during and after business hours.
• Traveling extensively domestically and internationally as needed.
