You will manage staff, equipment installations, and budgets, while ensuring safety compliance across shop networks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance management, strong leadership, project management, and deep knowledge of automation,

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in maintenance management.
• Ability to travel within organization up to 50% of time.
• Strong understanding of Automation, Electrical, Mechanical and manufacturing.
• Able to read and understand OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Krispy Kreme Equipment Maintenance team and select 3rd party vendors.
• Prioritize maintenance and schedule technicians to service equipment and repairs.
• Oversee the Preventative Maintenance Program and customer service/parts requests.
• Manage equipment installations, moves, and budget for Capex and RM spend.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols across shops.
