The role emphasizes building product knowledge, utilizing digital tools, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced store setting. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and some customer service or retail sales experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment (Preferred).
• Passionate customer advocate and competitive, fast‑paced sales mindset.
• Willingness to work with peers and leaders to learn, share ideas, and resolve issues.
