Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in-store. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra.

You will assist with merchandising, store cleanliness, account reviews, and customer follow-through during peak times, providing thoughtful product recommendations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to guests.
