Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest and support the sales process with product knowledge. You will be the face of Victra and help connect guests with what matters most.

The role involves merchandising, store upkeep, customer interactions, and assisting with account reviews and device/service recommendations to create memorable in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays during peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and provide product benefits and solutions.
