Job summary

Wireless Vision is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and develop a high-performing team in Pittsburg, KS. You will recruit staff, manage P&L, ensure merchandising standards, and represent the T-Mobile brand in the community.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail management with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments to meet business needs.
• Lead on the sales floor, coaching employees and driving revenue.
• Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Lead all aspects of retail, including hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L, and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand standards (T-Mobile).
• Motivate and train a winning sales team.
• Recruit outstanding sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Engage in community events and local marketing to build a positive image.
• May take on additional tasks or projects as assigned.
