Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking them into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, collaborating with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
