Qualifications

• Demonstrates client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely to understand and help clients.

• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in adherence to bank policies.
