You will build trusted relationships, understand customers' needs, and collaborate with team members to help clients reach their financial goals in a fast-paced banking environment.

Competenze

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM tasks per bank procedures.
