In this role, you will open accounts, educate customers on using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and help families and business owners achieve financial goals through trusted relationships and tailored solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentive service.
• Assist with account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile app and online banking tools.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
