Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with all policies.
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to connect clients with experts.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies and procedures.
