Qualifications

• Proven client service experience or equivalent.

• Familiarity with banking products and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients to manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
