In this role you will greet clients, assist with accounts and servicing, and collaborate with the branch team to deliver seamless service while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior client service experience.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in line with bank policies and procedures.
