Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• College degree or military equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Meet with clients to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies.
