• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices and ensuring compliance with bank procedures.
