Connected Health Care, a fast-growing healthcare and education staffing firm, seeks a People Operations Generalist to optimize HR technology, support nationwide employees, and manage benefits. You'll partner with leadership to scale systems, drive payroll accuracy across multiple states, coach managers, and improve the employee experience through data-driven processes and clear policy guidance.

Qualifications

Tech-savvy with modern software, automation, and clean data.
Experience coaching managers and handling employee relations.
Ability to own and optimize HR processes and systems.
Strong communication and ability to translate complex policies clearly.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain HRIS and payroll systems; automate onboarding, offboarding, and data tracking.
Manage employee benefits and multi-state payroll.
Coach managers on employee relations, performance, feedback, and team-building.
Serve as a tech-forward resource for employee questions on benefits and HR policies.
Oversee leave administration, accommodations, workers' comp, and compliance with employment laws.
Assist with internal recruiting and credentialing for nationwide staff.
