Job summary

Navigate360 is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations across the organization. You will partner with frontline managers to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture while handling confidential data with integrity.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, payroll ownership, and experience with HRIS systems. Remote-friendly position with core hours and potential for after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience across payroll, relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• 2+ years end-to-end payroll processing with ownership.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, deductions, benefits, vacation pay, and compliance.
• Experience in employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Full-cycle talent acquisition including postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Onboarding/offboarding experience with accurate documentation.
• Attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, problem-solving.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust with employees and managers.
• Proactive ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, timekeeping.
• Serve as payroll contact for inquiries and resolve issues.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports with confidentiality.
• Identify process improvements for HR and payroll.
• Administer benefits enrollment and COBRA events.
• Assist with annual open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Support performance management, onboarding, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance.
• Support Navigate360’s culture and participate in company initiatives.
