SP+ is a Metropolis company delivering AI-powered parking experiences. The Mobility Specialist will assist customers with navigating and enrolling in Metropolis parking technology, ensuring courteous, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, educating on technology, enforcing parking policies, and reporting issues. The role requires stamina, reliability, and a strong customer-first mindset with daily outdoor shifts and weekend/evening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies.
