Job summary

SP+ in Houston is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join our team and deliver a technology-driven parking experience. You will greet guests, assist with enrollment in Metropolis parking tech, and enforce policies while delivering courteous service.

As a front-line representative, you will patrol lots, document violations, and help keep facilities clean and safe. This role requires flexibility to work PM shifts, including weekends, and offers growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist enrollment.
• Promote positive customer relationships through excellent service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned lots for proper payment/authorization and enforce policies.
• Document violations using mobile devices with photo documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or maintenance issues.
