As a Mobility Specialist Driver, you will be the face of our technology-driven parking experience, assisting customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

G You'll help ensure policy compliance, maintain lot and garage conditions, and support overall operations.

Qualifications

• A customer-focused role in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to use mobile devices for checks and enrollment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform parking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and enroll them.
• Promote positive customer relationships with excellent service.
• Respond to questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol lots/garages to identify unpaid or unauthorized vehicles.
• Issue parking violations per policies.
• Document violations with mobile devices and photos.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas.
• Identify hazards and maintenance needs promptly.
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty receptacles.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Observe safety protocols at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
